Responsibilities
- Leverage PLACE Technology to eliminate up to 75% of the daily administrative tasks currently consuming your time so your focus stays on high-value client work and income-generating activity
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week using structured PLACE systems to expand your pipeline beyond your existing sphere and referral base so your production is not capped by your network
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards to sharpen your conversion on the volume of conversations your expanded pipeline will generate
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to build and execute a strategic growth plan with clear production targets, accountability checkpoints, and a direct path to doubling your current transaction volume
- Attend weekly team trainings and Partner Calls to stay connected to the strategies and market intelligence that keep high producers operating at the top of their game
- Collaborate with administrative support staff and team operations so every transaction in your growing pipeline closes cleanly and every client receives a premium experience without requiring your direct involvement in every detail
- Track all pipeline activity and production data in PLACE Technology so your business decisions are driven by real numbers and your path to 40 or more transactions a year is visible, measurable, and on track
Qualifications
- You are a seasoned real estate professional with a decade of experience and a track record that proves you know how to produce
- You are coachable at the highest level, meaning you are willing to adopt new processes even when experience tempts you to do it your own way
- You are currently licensed in Maryland with 10 or more years of active real estate experience
- You consistently produce approximately 20 transactions per year with a clear goal to double that number
- You are willing to fully commit to the team model, systems, and accountability structure that supports scale
- You are a strategic thinker who understands the difference between working hard and working with leverage
- You are a strong communicator with a polished, client-first approach built over years in the business
- You are team-oriented and willing to collaborate with support staff and teammates to protect the client experience at higher volume
- You are motivated by building real long-term wealth, not just increasing commission income
