Responsibilities

• Show any home in the Portland metro and Willamette Valley through access to RMLS and WVMLS.
• Receive warm buyer and seller leads via the Homestack app and Pearl AI assistant.
• Focus on client relationships rather than building your own back-office systems.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Real estate license required.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets preferred.
