We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to gain buyer experience, sharpen their sales skills, and grow within a productive real estate environment while earning rewarding commissions. You will connect with active buyers through the Zillow Flex program and learn how to guide them through the home search process. From identifying client needs to scheduling tours and showing properties, you will develop stronger communication skills while gaining a deeper understanding of buyer motivation and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Connect with active buyers through the Zillow Flex program
• Guide clients through the home search process, from identifying needs to scheduling tours
• Show properties and develop communication skills
• Follow up consistently and conduct effective buyer conversations
• Search for properties and host open houses
• Navigate negotiations and understand the transaction process
• Manage buyer relationships from the first conversation through closing
• Build your own pipeline and create repeat and referral business
