Key Responsibilities
- Represent lenders and borrowers in sophisticated real estate finance transactions
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and related transaction documents
- Manage commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing with appropriate supervision
- Collaborate directly with partners and clients on strategic transactional matters
- Support clients across a range of commercial real estate and development-related matters
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- 5–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience within a law firm environment
- Strong experience handling real estate finance and general commercial real estate transactions
- Experience with joint ventures and acquisitions/dispositions preferred
- Exposure to land use and development matters is a plus
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong academic credentials required
- Admission to the Colorado Bar, or ability to waive in, preferred

Compensation range: $365,000 – $420,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
