About the role
The Senior Real Estate Attorney Associate will join a highly regarded commercial finance and investment team representing institutional lenders, investors, and owners in sophisticated transactions across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in loan, joint venture, and LLC documentation.
- Work closely with accomplished colleagues on high-value transactions.
- Maintain direct responsibility for client matters.
- Contribute to a collaborative and independent work environment that values initiative, precision, and exceptional client service.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate finance and investment.
- Strong command of loan, joint venture, and LLC documentation.
- Prior experience in the financial, investment, or real estate sectors — whether legal or non-legal — is preferred.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Excellent academic record.
