About the role

The Real Estate Sales Transaction Coordinator Admin is the backbone of the Homewise Real Estate Sales team. Your role is to streamline operations, ensuring compliance and supporting clients throughout the transaction process. You'll be responsible for managing contracts, settlement statements, and closing packets, while also maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the team's sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Review and audit contracts and commissions before closing
  • Track contract status across various systems and update stakeholders
  • Maintain RES contracts and documents in compliance with New Mexico Real Estate Commission guidelines
  • Prepare closing packets including gift bags, hard drives, greeting cards, and closing emails
  • Maintain post-closing client relationships and gather marketing materials
  • Partner with the Marketing team to update templates and materials

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • New Mexico Real Estate License preferred
  • Natural ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed

Qualifications

  • Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Office and loan origination software
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Schedule

This position requires flexibility to work beyond standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to manage client needs and the real estate transaction process, in line with Homewise’s strategic objectives.

Physical Requirements

This is largely a sedentary role. Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required.
