Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate your own leads, 15+ hours a week
- Convert leads to appointments and appointments to signed clients
- Consult with buyers and sellers, negotiate offers, and guide transactions start to finish
- Conduct open houses and build your local market expertise
- Track activity and clients in Brivity Technology
- Practice and internalize team scripts through weekly role-play
- Show up to team meetings and pull your weight as part of the group
Qualifications
- You're driven by results and motivated by what you can earn, not just what you're handed.
- You want a team around you, not a solo grind.
- You're comfortable with rejection and driven to keep going anyway.
- Team player, full-time commitment
- Active real estate license, or currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, growth-minded
- Willingness to learn and use scripts and structured processes
- Organized with strong time management
