Real Estate Sales Agent
Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE New Agent Launch to replace guesswork with a real business model
- Generate a minimum of 10 hours per week using proven PLACE systems
- Participate in weekly script practice
- Attend weekly coaching sessions
- Attend weekly team trainings and Partner Calls
- Leverage PLACE Technology and administrative support team
Qualifications
- Early in your career but ambitious
- Lead with integrity
- Care about the people you serve
- Coachable and willing to do the work that most agents avoid
- Willing to fully commit 40 to 50 hours per week with consistency and discipline
- Currently licensed in Maryland or willing to transfer
- Have 1 to 5 years of real estate experience with 3+ transactions closed
- People-first approach with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
- Integrity-driven with a commitment to honesty, follow-through, and doing the right thing
- Hungry to grow well beyond where you are today with a clear desire to build real income
Pay
$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
