Real Estate Project Manager

A fast-growing real estate investment firm in downtown Chicago is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to oversee presale renovation projects and maximize property value. The Real Estate Project Manager will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing renovation and repair projects to enhance market value before property sales. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with investment goals. The ideal candidate has experience managing residential properties, strong organizational skills, and a strategic mindset for real estate optimization.
