At American Transmission Company (ATC), the work we do connects communities, supports economic growth, and helps ensure reliable electric transmission service across our region. Behind every transmission project is a team of professionals who secure the property rights, stakeholder partnerships, and agreements needed to bring critical infrastructure projects to life.

We're looking for a Real Estate Project Manager who is passionate about building relationships, navigating complex projects, and working at the intersection of real estate, infrastructure, and community engagement. ATC embraces flexibility in our work and our workplace. We trust our employees to get work done where and when it makes sense, depending on the schedule for the day and the needs of the business. However, this role is not 100% remote and would require relocation to Wisconsin.

  • Serve as a professional representative of ATC in stakeholder interactions
  • Communicate complex information in a clear and approachable manner
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
  • Support corporate, regulatory, legal, and company compliance requirements
  • Manage contractor agreements and review contract performance and invoices
