Responsibilities

- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective legal strategies that achieve clients' business objectives while managing legal risks.

- Contributing to the firm's business development efforts, including participating in client pitches, speaking engagements, and writing articles for publication.
Qualifications
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, with a focus on real estate law.
- Proven experience in real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on commercial leasing.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively resolve complex legal issues.
