Real Estate Paralegal (Hybrid in Seattle)
About the role
Latitude is partnering with a leading, large-scale landholding REIT that manages millions of acres across the United States to identify an experienced Real Estate Paralegal. The organization is open to structuring the opportunity as temp-to-perm or, for the right candidate, an immediate permanent hire. This organization offers a distinctive and sophisticated real estate platform, with a diverse portfolio spanning timberlands, renewable energy projects, mineral rights, land banking, and a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. The role provides exposure to complex, high-value assets and the opportunity to play a meaningful part in transactions involving significant land and development projects.
The Real Estate Paralegal will take an active, hands-on role in managing transactions from inception through closing. This is not a purely administrative position. The paralegal will be expected to take meaningful ownership of the transaction process, including preparing and reviewing contracts, managing due diligence, reviewing title matters, preparing closing documents, and coordinating the many moving pieces required to bring transactions to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate paralegal who enjoys substantive transactional work, wants to take ownership of deals, and is interested in joining a sophisticated and well-respected real estate organization.
