A nationally recognized subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company is looking for a Client Services Specialist to join its St. Augustine, FL office. This company is the national leader in a highly specialized segment of the real estate financial services industry — and they're looking for someone who brings the precision, compliance mindset, and client service instincts of the banking or mortgage world to a unique and growing niche.

What you'll do

• Manage client transactions end to end — serving as the primary point of contact for clients navigating a complex financial process
• High volume of client communication
• Transaction documentation
• Coordination with internal teams
• Responding to inquiries with accuracy and care
• Become a true specialist in a niche that sits at the crossroads of real estate, tax, and financial services

What you bring

• Background in mortgage loan processing, banking, title coordination, or financial services client management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple transactions simultaneously under deadline pressure
• Professional, polished written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Service-first mindset and genuine enjoyment of client interaction
• Real estate or legal background a plus but not required
• 1031 exchange experience a plus but not required
