Requirements
- 5 + years of Transactional Commercial Real Estate experience as a Paralegal
- Experience with Lender side of commercial real estate closings for title, survey, & zoning review
- Experience analyzing title commitments, underlying title exception documents and surveys, zoning reports, etc.
- Experience preparing title and survey review letters to obtain lender’s required proforma loan policies and approved surveys
- Must be comfortable working directly with title companies, zoning consultants, surveyors, and various agencies to assist closing attorneys
- Paralegal Certificate or it's equivalent is needed
Qualifications
An ideal candidate will have 5 + years of commercial real estate experience as a Paralegal and be comfortable working directly with title companies, zoning consultants, surveyors, and various agencies to assist closing attorneys. Being flexible and detail-oriented is key in this role.
