Real Estate Paralegal - (Analyst)

About the role

The Top Law Firm is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to join their Real Estate Finance team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of commercial real estate experience as a Paralegal.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of tasks while being flexible and detail-oriented
• Work with lenders, title companies, zoning consultants, surveyors, and various agencies to assist closing attorneys
• Prepare title and survey review letters to obtain lender’s required proforma loan policies and approved surveys
• Review title commitments, underlying title exception documents, and surveys, and analyze zoning reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of Transactional Commercial Real Estate experience as a Paralegal
• Experience with Lender side of commercial real estate closings for title, survey, & zoning review
• Experience analyzing title commitments, underlying title exception documents and surveys, zoning reports, etc.
• Experience preparing title and survey review letters to obtain lender’s required proforma loan policies and approved surveys
• Must be comfortable working directly with title companies, zoning consultants, surveyors, and various agencies to assist closing attorneys
• Paralegal Certificate or equivalent is required
