About the role
The Analyst, Real Estate is responsible for managing flows of internal, external, and machine-generated intelligence and data from which Aligned’s capacity growth originates. This role ensures the right analysis and information is in the right hands, in real time. The role functions as a leader in AI implementation in the powered land acquisition process and cross-functional coordination (Land Enablement, Power, Finance, Legal, and Sales).
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely data capture of inbound powered land opportunities
- Manage the project action & status tracking inbound powered land opportunities
- Prepare and coordinate powered land acquisition approvals for Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors
- Prepare regular reporting on powered land acquisition efforts for Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors
- Support organic development efforts with site identification driven by artificial intelligence tools
- Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis, supporting the Executive Leadership and department heads on an as-needed basis
- Develop strong collaborative working relationships with various internal data shareholders, across multiple disciplines

- 4+ years’ experience in highly dynamic data intensive role, demonstrating increasing responsibilities
- Advanced experience with GIS platforms, Microsoft Excel, Monday.com, Microsoft CoPilot, and other AI development tools
- BA in a related field (finance, business, real estate, law, engineering, development), MA a plus
