About the role
The Real Estate Operations Intern will support internal systems, lead tracking, and transaction workflow processes. Participants may gain exposure to:
- Lead tracking and CRM data management
- Pipeline organization and follow-up systems
- S supporting outreach coordination efforts
- Assisting with documentation and transaction preparation
- Market research and property data organization
- Observing property walkthroughs and closing processes
- Administrative support related to acquisition and listing workflows
Responsibilities
Interns work alongside licensed professionals and receive structured guidance throughout the program.

- Interest in real estate operations, brokerage systems, or transaction coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and tracking tools
- Ability to manage assigned tasks independently
