Job Summary

The Commercial RE Intern position at Capital City Bank assists the department with workload and support functions. Associates must practice discretion and adhere to Banker Standards, including a non-disclosure policy.

A Day in the Life

• Rotates through multiple areas of the Commercial Real Estate department to gain knowledge and insight.
• Assists with all aspects of tasks given, providing high-quality service.

Essential Functions

• Supports manager and department colleagues.
• Completes assigned Bank training within established timelines.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
• Understands current business and financial industry trends.
• Organized, detail-oriented, handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows-based computer applications.
• Functions independently with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business/finance from a four-year college or university.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Working Conditions

• Professional environment with occasional travel if required.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• May require relocation or telecommuting due to natural disasters or pandemics.
