Real Estate Acquisitions Intern

About the role

The Real Estate Acquisitions Intern supports the identification, evaluation, and coordination of potential residential investment opportunities. Participants may gain exposure to lead generation systems and property owner outreach support, reviewing property data and market comparables, basic investment analysis using rental and resale metrics, supporting underwriting and acquisition documentation, observing negotiation processes and contract coordination, and assisting with transaction tracking and closing preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic investment analysis using rental and resale metrics
• Support underwriting and acquisition documentation

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable engaging in professional outreach and research
• Ability to manage tasks independently and follow established systems
• No prior real estate experience required
