Responsibilities

• Gain a basic understanding of the railroad industry
• Understand G&W’s processes, procedures, and systems
• Gain an understanding of the railroad industry structure and some competitive dynamics
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels
• Maintain a high level of objectivity and independence
• Self-starter

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
• Must have a valid driver’s license
