Real Estate Manager

Responsibilities

• Real Estate Analysis & Site Selection
• Review prospective properties
• Leverage analytics and local market knowledge
• Build site packages and present to Real Estate Committee
• Negotiate LOIs
• Partner with Real Estate, Design, Construction, Operations, and Support Center teams
• Manage and advance development projects
• Monitor lease execution goals
• Provide insights and reporting on site progression and development pipeline performance
• Interface with landlords, brokers, developers, and other external partners

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in commercial real estate, development, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related discipline
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based project management systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
