Real Estate Maintenance Technician - WNC

Key Responsibilities

• Roadway/parking lot repairs, patching potholes
• Building maintenance, dry wall repairs, floor tile replacement, restroom maintenance, interior/exterior painting
• HVAC filter changes and maintenance
• Miscellaneous plumbing and electrical repairs, replacing electrical outlets and covers

The Ideal Candidate

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Passes pre-employment drug screen
• Related construction or maintenance experience is desired
• Strong time management, organizational skills, with particular attention to detail
• General handyman expertise and knowledge
• Able to complete maintenance tasks, as directed
• Welding experience is preferred
