Key Responsibilities
- Roadway/parking lot repairs, patching potholes
- Building maintenance, dry wall repairs, floor tile replacement, restroom maintenance, interior/exterior painting
- HVAC filter changes and maintenance
- Miscellaneous plumbing and electrical repairs, replacing electrical outlets and covers
The Ideal Candidate
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Passes pre-employment drug screen
- Related construction or maintenance experience is desired
- Strong time management, organizational skills, with particular attention to detail
- General handyman expertise and knowledge
- Able to complete maintenance tasks, as directed
- Welding experience is preferred
