Real Estate Maintenance Technician - TN

About the role

The Real Estate Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs to company-owned property. The coverage area includes retail locations around the Knoxville, TN area.

Responsibilities

• Roadway/parking lot repairs, patching potholes
• Building maintenance, dry wall repairs, floor tile replacement, restroom maintenance, interior/exterior painting
• HVAC filter changes and maintenance
• Maintenance of minor plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing electrical outlets and covers
• Knowledge of an assortment of hand tools required

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Pre-employment drug screen required
• Desired related construction or maintenance experience
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• General handyman expertise and knowledge
• Ability to complete maintenance tasks as directed
• Welding experience preferred
