Responsibilities
- Shadowing/Training - Train, role-play, and demonstrate industry-leading practices under an expert agent.
- Lead Generation - Execute our PLACE lead generation systems weekly, enhancing your lead generation skillset.
- Open Houses - Hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings using a warm and inviting personality.
- Communication - Build relationships and convert conversations into valuable appointments using proven relationship-building skills.
- Teamwork - Participate in team activities fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging.
- Coaching/Training - Receive weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging trainings, and Partner Calls to support your growth.
- Consultation - Guide buyers through the home buying process with expert care and confidence using proven systems and technology.
- Home Selection - Identify homes that meet clients' needs and secure signed buyer agreements.
- Negotiation - Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers using tried and true scripts and techniques to create win-win deals.
- Done For You - Take advantage of our support team to eliminate 75% of the tasks normally required of a Buyer's Agent to close a transaction.
- Technology - Benefit from our cutting-edge PLACE Technology to streamline client support and ensure consistent goal achievement.
Qualifications
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a heart for the military community.
- Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
- Strong in prospecting and lead generation, overcoming objections naturally.
- A strong communicator and committed to service.
- Real estate licensing classes completed (or able to complete the final class joining the team).
- Able to commit 30-hours per week to their real estate business.
- Quickly establish rapport and trust with military families.
- A people orientation (derive energy from being around people).
- Positive, happy attitude.
- Experience excelling in sales positions.
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed.
- Able to spend significant time driving in their vehicle.
- Able to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes.
- Learning based mindset.
- High school graduate.
