Real Estate Investment Analyst - Internship

About the role

The BricksFolios Real Estate Investment Analyst Internship is a selective, cohort-based program designed for current high school and college students (freshmen and sophomores) interested in learning the real estate investment process. Interns will engage directly in real estate investment analysis, including market research, deal evaluation, cash-flow modeling, and presenting their findings.

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze real estate markets
• Evaluate potential investment opportunities
• Build and defend a comprehensive cash-flow model
• Present investment theses to peers and mentors

Requirements

• Current high school or college student (freshman or sophomore)
• Interest in real estate investment and analysis
• Strong academic performance
