Real Estate Analyst Intern

About the role

The Real Estate Analyst Intern will gain hands-on exposure to evaluating residential investment properties and supporting underwriting and research processes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with comparative market analysis (CMA) and rental rate research
• Reviewing property financials and operating performance metrics
• Supporting renovation budgeting and return-on-investment calculations
• Analyzing rental income, expenses, and cash flow projections
• Researching neighborhood trends and market data
• Supporting documentation and reporting processes

Requirements

• Interest in real estate analysis, investment evaluation, or financial modeling
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and market data
• Able to manage tasks and follow structured processes

Qualifications

• No prior real estate experience required
