Real Estate Growth Agent
Responsibilities
- Plug into PLACE Technology from day one to eliminate the repetitive administrative tasks that are consuming your time and keeping you away from the work that actually generates income.
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week using proven PLACE systems so your pipeline is structured, consistent, and no longer dependent on referrals alone.
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards to sharpen the skills you already have and close the gap between the conversations you are having and the conversions you are capable of.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to build a personalized growth plan, stay accountable to your targets, and have a dedicated space each week to work on your business with real intention.
- Attend weekly team trainings and Partner Calls to stay sharp, connected, and learning from agents who are operating at the level you are moving toward.
- Work alongside team members and administrative support staff to deliver a client experience that reflects the professionalism your years in the business have built.
- Track all activity and pipeline data in PLACE Technology so you have full visibility into your business and can make informed, strategic decisions about where to focus your energy.
Qualifications
- You are an experienced real estate professional who knows the business, respects the craft, and is ready to stop leaving production on the table.
- You are coachable in the truest sense, not because you are new, but because you understand that growth requires input from people ahead of where you are.
- You care about your clients, you communicate openly, and you are ready to fully commit to a team model that gives your experience the infrastructure it deserves.
- You currently licensed in Maryland with 5 to 10 years of active real estate experience.
- Your production history in the 15+ transaction range with a clear desire to grow well beyond it.
- You are willing to commit 40 to 50 hours per week to building inside a structured, high-performance team environment.
- You are coachable and genuinely open to feedback, new systems, and proven processes.
- You have a client-first mindset with strong relationship skills built over years in the business.
- Your professional image and communication style that reflects and upholds the team standard.
- You are self-disciplined and accountable with a track record of following through on commitments.
- You are motivated by personal growth, income potential, and building real long-term wealth.

$85,000 - $105,000 USD Yearly
