As a key partner in the business, you'll help manage transactions, listings, marketing, client communication, and day-to-day operations while continuously improving systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage transactions, listings, marketing, client communication, and day-to-day operations
  • Work closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and vendors to ensure every transaction runs smoothly
  • Continuously improve systems and processes

Requirements

  • Licensed Minnesota Realtor
  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
