Real Estate Dispositions Manager

About the role

We're seeking an experienced Dispositions Manager to help maximize our wholesale deals by building strong relationships with cash buyers, marketing contracts effectively, and negotiating profitable assignments from contract to closing. We're a locally owned real estate investment company currently closing 3–5 off-market wholesale deals each month, and we're looking for a driven professional to help us scale our business and increase deal volume.

Compensation

100% Commission-Based with uncapped earning potential. Top performers have the opportunity to earn six figures or more, with an income potential of $100,000+.
