Dispositions Manager – Real Estate Investment Sales

SellToJR.com is one of Houston's leading home-buying companies, purchasing over 150 homes per year and growing. We're looking for a motivated Dispositions Manager who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and making deals happen. If you're confident on the phone, enjoy sales, and know how to turn conversations into opportunities, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to local real estate investors to generate interest in our available properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with cash buyers, agents, and other investors.
• Market and sell our off-market investment properties.
• Negotiate offers and work with our team to get deals closed.
• Follow our established dispositions processes and keep our CRM organized and up to date.
• Grow our network of active real estate buyers.
• Attend networking events to meet new buyers.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Comfortable making cold calls and starting conversations with new people.
• Sales experience and a track record of producing results.
• Organized, dependable, and willing to follow established processes.
• Self-motivated, personable, and driven to succeed.
• Real estate or wholesaling experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to attend networking events in the evenings several times a month.

Pay

First-year earning potential: $70,000–$100,000+ annually, including base salary and commissions.
