Real Estate Sales Dispositions Manager

Responsibilities

• Growing and maintaining a strong network of cash buyers and investors
• Marketing contracts and creating buyer competition to maximize assignment fees
• Negotiating offers while protecting deal profitability
• Collaborating with our acquisitions team to identify challenges early and improve deal quality
• Managing every transaction from contract to closing with speed, accuracy, and professionalism

Requirements

• Proven experience in wholesale real estate dispositions
• Confident negotiating with investors and cash buyers
• Takes ownership and follows through without constant supervision
• Performs well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Resourceful, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
• Enjoys building relationships while solving problems and closing deals
