Real Estate Customer Care Specialist

Responsibilities

• The Connector: Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads who have already registered on our websites.
• The Detective: Ask the right questions to uncover their needs, timeline, and budget.
• The Matchmaker: Identify buyer prospects' specific needs and match them with one of our top-tier agent subscribers.
• The Organizer: Manage a pipeline of prospects in our CRM, nurture relationships via text/phone, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills (outbound calling experience is a huge plus).
• Ability to work in-person at our Eagle, ID office.
• Availability for a full-time schedule (may include some weekends or evenings).

Compensation

$20 - $30/hour
