Areas Of Responsibilities
- Receives telephone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Affords callers with routine inquiries and requests.
- Ensures that existing and potential customers receive prompt, courteous service.
- Takes ownership of customer inquiries and addresses them promptly.
- Serves as the first point of contact for new prospects, matching them with the right team members.
- Processes incoming phone payments.
- Processes FastCash requests.
- Completes noncash forms as needed for internal adjustments and transfers to Finance.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills.
- Moderate to thorough knowledge of computer software applications.
The ideal candidate should have customer service experience or training/experience in the banking or finance industry, with generally 2-5+ years of customer service or call center experience. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
