What You'll Do

You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

  • Managing national preferred provider programs with key commercial real estate firms.
  • Developing and delivering scalable tailored marketing materials and presentations.
  • Driving business development and building relationships with real estate influencers.
  • Collaborating with a variety of dealer partners to support their CRE focus.
  • Monitoring and analyzing national commercial real estate trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic priorities.
  • Supporting internal teams across the country with actionable insights and tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build relationships and establish credibility
  • Experience engaging commercial real estate influencers
  • Ability to work independently with accountability
  • Strong process orientation and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate business insights into value propositions
  • General understanding of business operations
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to travel 10 – 20%

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience in business development or sales
  • Ability to develop targeted marketing content
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate ecosystems
  • Strength in managing programs end-to-end
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Salary Information

The annual base salary range for this position is $108,000 - $135,300 - $169,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
