Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Real Estate License required
• 1+ year of real estate or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Responsibilities

• Meet with motivated homebuyers
• Understand buyer needs and goals
• Explain financing, budgets, and market conditions
• Show homes and coordinate property tours
• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
• Guide clients from consultation through closing
• Follow up using CRM and sales systems
• Provide a 5‑star client experience
• Attend sales training and team meetings
