Responsibilities

• Work with pre-qualified buyer leads
• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
• Guide buyers through offers and negotiations
• Manage transactions from consultation to closing
• Build relationships and generate referrals and repeat business
• Deliver an exceptional buyer experience
• Meet with qualified buyers and sellers through scheduled appointments
• Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
• Guide clients from consultation to closing
• Present and negotiate offers and contracts
• Use proven CRM and sales systems
• Convert appointments into signed agreements and closed transactions
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License required
• Motivated to grow production and earning potential
• Confident meeting clients and building relationships
• Coachable and willing to follow proven sales systems
• Professional, consistent, and results-driven
• Looking for the support, structure, and opportunities to grow

Pay

$75,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission
