Real Estate Brokerage Coordinator
About the role
This position is an Onsite role based out of our Atlanta, GA office.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive marketing and administrative support to Office Services brokers (tenant rep and landlord rep).
- Create BOVs, pitches, listing flyers, property signage, surveys, tour books, and other design tasks, mostly in Adobe InDesign.
- Maintain and update print-ready versions of marketing collateral and online marketing of listings.
- Enter closed deals for invoicing, send invoice, track commission payments.
- Create eblasts and social media posts.
- Manage brokers bios, submit expense reimbursements and third-party invoices, schedule/host team/client meetings.
- Prioritize workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
- Perform reviews of externally focused deliverables for the team ensuring best in class work.
- Handle transaction documents and oversee file management.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of administrative and/or marketing support within the commercial real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Proficient in intermediate functions including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Qualifications

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The compensation for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
