JOB SUMMARY
Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman is a national law firm focused on health care matters. We are seeking a Real Estate attorney with 8+ years of experience to join our Health Transactions Practice Group.
About the Role
This position is open in the Dallas office and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions with a focus on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisition, construction, financing, leasing, refinancing, and disposition.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related documents.
- Manage multiple matters and clients efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Show strong organizational and project management skills.
- Engage in business development activities.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license in good standing in Texas.
- A minimum of 8 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on real estate.
- Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate contracts, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related documents.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong work ethic, collaborative approach, client-service mindset, and intellectual curiosity.
- A strong desire to engage in business development.

- Proven expertise in real estate transactions.
- Experience in healthcare-specific real estate matters.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
