Real Estate Attorney – FL

About the Role

Clark Hill is seeking a Florida-based Real Estate Attorney to assist our Real Estate Services business unit. This is an opportunity for a part-time or full-time, permanent position with no billable hour requirement. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of real estate practice experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial finance. Attorneys with experience as solo practitioners are strongly encouraged to apply. All candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Location within Florida is flexible, as this is a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and residential real estate matters from early planning stages through completion and operation.
• Provide services for various real estate-based legal needs, including:
• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Commercial financing
• Commercial loan modification, foreclosure, workout, and other remedies
• Commercial and residential development
• Condominium and homeowners’ associations
• Land use and zoning
• Leasing
• Property tax assessment
• Real estate litigation and dispute resolution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate practice experience
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Experience as a solo practitioner is a plus

Pay

The salary range for this position is $215k – $235k annually based on a full-time work schedule. Compensation for part-time employees will be determined on a prorated basis consistent with scheduled hours worked. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
