Key Responsibilities
- Advises clients on a variety of commercial real estate transactions
- Supports acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties
- Affords assistance with debt and equity financing transactions
- Drafts and negotiates commercial leases and ancillary agreements
- Structures and negotiates joint venture arrangements
- Participates in development, redevelopment, and mixed-use projects
- Collaborates with clients, lenders, developers, and investors on sophisticated transactional matters
Qualifications
- 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Experience with one or more of the following: Acquisition and disposition transactions, Commercial leasing, Development and redevelopment projects, Real estate finance, Joint ventures and investment structures
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage significant portions of complex transactions
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-relations skills
- J.D. required
- Active Colorado bar admission required
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $240,000-$280,000, commensurate with experience
