About the Role

• Minimum of two years of experience in private practice handling real estate transactions, including some combination of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Billable hour targets range from 1,700 to 2,000 hours annually.
• Base salaries span $150,000 to $350,000+, depending on experience and firm, with potential for higher compensation for partners with portable business.
