About the role

The Dykema Real Estate group is seeking an associate with 3–6 years of commercial real estate experience to join their Chicago office.

Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated transactions as part of a nationally recognized real estate practice representing developers, lenders, investors, and owners across various industries.
• Experience with commercial real estate matters, including financing, acquisitions and dispositions, and leasing.
• Strong drafting, organizational, and client-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Admission to practice in Illinois required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with commercial real estate matters, including financing, acquisitions and dispositions, and leasing.
• Strong drafting, organizational, and client-service skills.
