Real Estate Assistant Project Manager, AMS

Responsibilities

• Manage payment and change order requests, collaborating with Procurement, Legal, and Accounts Payable teams.
• Work with the cost manager to review and manage project costs.
• Create and maintain reports/logs reflecting budgets, invoices, and committed costs; monitor budget variances and cash flow.
• Coordinate cost information across various internal systems.
• Manage project close-out documentation.
• Maintain compliance by applying company policies and procedures.
• Support project task coordination and deliverables analysis.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to improve processing methods and systems.
• Build alignment and consensus across teams to support project delivery strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong educational background with problem-solving and analytical skills (e.g., business, engineering, architecture, or related fields).
• 2+ years of work experience in the design and construction industry, focusing on commercial real estate.
• Excellent analytical thinking, data tracking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, adept at working in cross-functional teams.
• Great attention to detail, time management, flexibility, and responsiveness to changing project needs.
• Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.

Job Information

Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $86,400 - $136,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as location. Additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units may be available. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
