Responsibilities

  • Generating content for listings and marketing materials

  • Providing excellent customer service and building relationships
  • Utilizing real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Tennessee
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed real estate agent
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the Nashville and Franklin real estate markets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow and double business
