• Market Development: Build relationships and strengthen your presence throughout Killeen, Temple, and Waco.
• Performance Ownership: Track conversations, appointments, and outcomes while participating in regular review and improvement.

Job Type: Full-time independent contractor
Pay: Commission-based compensation; terms and eligibility are discussed during the interview process
Work Location: Austin, Dallas/DFW, San Antonio, or Killeen/Temple/Waco, TX
Relocation: Licensed agents relocating to any Watters market are welcome to apply; opportunities are routed to the appropriate local market.

Real estate agents are independent contractors. While a license is not required to apply, a Texas real estate license is required to perform the duties of this position.
