Real Estate Agent - Punta Gorda

Responsibilities

• Aid clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Punta Gorda area.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions.
• Develop and maintain a network of clients, prospects, and industry professionals.
• Prepare and present real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements.
• Stay updated on local real estate trends, zoning laws, and property values to better serve clients.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Real Estate License.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate sales (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Punta Gorda real estate market and local community.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prowess in negotiating and closing deals effectively.
• Proven proficiency with real estate CRM software and MLS systems.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
