Responsibilities

  • Participate in Our Agent Launch Program
  • Engage in our intensive 86-day launch program, crafted to provide you with the vital skills needed to excel as a Realtor in the current market.
  • Typically, new agents close or have 3.4 transactions pending during this time, while seasoned agents average 9.3.
  • Guide Buyers in Home Selection, Offer Creation, and Acceptance
  • Relish the home search journey while mastering our successful buyer presentation and offer strategies.
  • Provide Comprehensive Written Feedback to Enhance Client Search Criteria
  • Participate in our extensive training program focused on superior communication to ensure successful offer acceptance for your clients.
  • Prepare and Negotiate Offers for Sales Agents and Clients
  • Acquire practical real estate experience through our in-person training sessions.
  • Allocate a Minimum of 10 Hours Weekly to Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Conversions
  • This team is perfect for those who are dedicated to hard work. We supply all the scripts and training necessary to excel every day.
  • Conduct Three Open Houses Monthly
  • Host three open houses each month, with one weekend off to maintain work-life balance.
  • Take advantage of our comprehensive training in this area.
  • Participate in Team Activities as per Team Standards
  • Become an integral part of our committed team by attending the office at least three days a week.
  • Engage in client events, script practice, calls, door knocking, and social media activities with us.
  • Engage in Weekly One-on-One Coaching, Training Sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Treat this role as a career, not a pastime. We help you develop a weekly schedule to set clear expectations.
  • Use PLACE Technology to Monitor Tasks and Activities
  • Utilize our outstanding data entry system to efficiently track all your calls and appointments.
  • Qualifications

    • Must hold a valid real estate license
    • Friendly and approachable demeanor
    • High level of motivation and enthusiasm
    • Available to work from the office a minimum of three days a week
    • Maintains a consistently positive and energetic outlook
    • Comfortable with regular car travel
    • Skilled in assessing client needs and matching them with suitable properties
    • Open to learning and receptive to feedback
    • Ambitious with a track record of success
    • Requires a high school diploma or GED
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales (license required)
    • Exceptionally organized
    • Open to learning and practicing scripts and dialogues
    • Excellent at managing time effectively

    Pay

    $35,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

    This is a commission based position.
