Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch - 12 week program
- Execute weekly lead gen - including 200+ calls, 2 open houses and database management
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Consult with sellers, get signed listing agreement and market homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Commit to team trainings and events
Qualifications
- You possess a natural drive and competitive edge in sales
- Skilled at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions
- Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally adept at handling objections
- Exceptional communicator with a dedication to service
- Must hold a real estate license
