About the role

Responsibilities

  • Complete and graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Follow proven lead generation systems weekly
  • Convert conversations into signed clients and appointments
  • Work with buyers to find and secure the right home
  • Guide sellers from consultation to closing
  • Negotiate offers with confidence and strategy
  • Host at least 2 open houses per month
  • Track activities and pipeline through our CRM (Brivity)
  • Participate in script practice, trainings, and team activities
  • Attend weekly coaching + accountability sessions
  • Build your database and grow your personal brand

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
  • Hunger to grow and build something meaningful
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Coachable mindset (this is BIG for us)
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to follow systems that work

Compensation

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
