Responsibilities
- Complete and graduate from PLACE Launch
- Follow proven lead generation systems weekly
- Convert conversations into signed clients and appointments
- Work with buyers to find and secure the right home
- Guide sellers from consultation to closing
- Negotiate offers with confidence and strategy
- Host at least 2 open houses per month
- Track activities and pipeline through our CRM (Brivity)
- Participate in script practice, trainings, and team activities
- Attend weekly coaching + accountability sessions
- Build your database and grow your personal brand
Qualifications
- Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
- Hunger to grow and build something meaningful
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable mindset (this is BIG for us)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to follow systems that work
Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
