Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License: Must hold a current and active real estate license in the state of Texas.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Customer Service Oriented: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and online marketing tools.
• Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Katy area and surrounding neighborhoods is preferred.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license for property showings and client meetings.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Professional Appearance and Demeanor: Maintain a polished and professional image at all times.

Pay

$35,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission-based position.
